General terms and conditions of sale

Cancellations and changes free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival.

For cancellations or modifications made between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained.

All late cancellations or modifications, as well as no-shows or early departures within 7 days of arrival, will result in the full cost of the stay being charged to the credit card used for payment and provided as a guarantee.

Please note that all requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing.

The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the 100 % deposit.

Official photo ID and a credit card will be required on arrival to cover any unexpected costs.
