The son of a Guadeloupean chef, Anthony Denon grew up in the world of gastronomy. His passion for cooking was passed on to him as a child, and it was at a very young age - just 17 - that he entered the kitchens of some of the greatest Michelin-starred restaurants.
There he honed his skills alongside renowned chefs such as Alain Ducasse and Jean-François Piège, before becoming a chef in his own right and establishing his own style: a cuisine d'auteur, demanding and sincere, always focused on the essential.
