À la tête des cuisines du restaurant Le Balcon, Anthony Denon apporte tout son talent et son savoir-faire acquis auprès de chefs étoilés comme Alain Ducasse ou Jean-François Piège. Fils d’un chef guadeloupéen, il a la cuisine dans le sang et signe ici une carte qui reflète sa personnalité : raffinée, végétale, décomplexée et profondément méditerranéenne.
